FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
GENERAL
For physical products, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
For digital products, we will send you a confirmation email, followed by an email with your downloadable items.
We can only change physical orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.
Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.
To make changes to your order, please send us an email with your order number.
We cannot change digital product orders as they are delivered instantly.
Currently I am only offering online PT, but this may change soon!
PAYMENT
You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card.
We additionaly offer support for Paypal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Google Pay.
You can chose these payment methods at checkout.
We currently only support the following currencies for charging our customers in their local currencies: AUD and NZD
If your credit or debit card use another currency, then you will be charged in AUD. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversation rate of the currency you choose.
All digital items are a one-off payment. You will not be charged a second time, it is not a subscription and there are no hidden costs.
SHIPPING
We currently ship physical products to Australia and New Zealand.
For shipping outside of these countries, please email us with your address.
Digital items are emailed worldwide.
Once you've placed your order for a physical product, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery.
Standard shipping time for is approximately 2-4 business days.
Digital items are delivered via email instantly.
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
If you're not home, either a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on the delivery method.
You may also be required to go to your local post office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.
Returns
We do accept returns for physical items in respect to the following conditions:
- The item was damaged on arrival
- The item has been used as directed and not in any other way
- The return or exchange request is made within 14 days of delivery
- The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request
We accept returns on digital items only when the download link is broken and cannot be fixed.
To ask for a return, please contact us via email with your order number.
We do accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns
In order to ask for an exchange, please mention that you would like your item to be exchanged with another item when preparing your return via email
Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
